The Care Portal

Walking with Moms in Need through Sacred Heart Parish is now a Care Partner with the Care Portal. Are you looking for a way to serve your neighbor and be the hands and feet of Jesus?  You can help meet the needs of local children and their families, who are identified by local agencies, and are vulnerable or in crisis by helping to fund requests through the care portal.  All requests are vetted by local service agencies. Your donation is tax deductible, so you do need to provide minimal information to sign up for the care portal.
