Knights of Columbus
The Knights of Columbus is an international organization of Catholic men with 1.7 million members in the United States and eight countries. Membership in the Knights is open to all practicing Catholic men who are at least 18 years of age and seek an opportunity to meet, socialize, and work with fellow Catholics for the betterment of our parish and community.
The Knights of Columbus is a brotherhood of Catholic men who each play a part in improving the world around them, one community at a time. We stand together in faith, dedicated to uphold the principles we cherish while lending our support to parish, home and fellow Knights.

Knights of Columbus and “they called us angels”
Last weekend (January 26, 2020), 10 of our Knights of Columbus volunteers gave up their time with family and took a couple of days off to help the community in Panama City. The area is still in need of help because of the hurricane in 2018. We cleaned up downed trees and branches near Saint Dominic’s church. We put tarps on a roof that belong to a fellow K of C member, as well as building him a shed. We also helped a lady who was in danger of being fined by the city because her 3 acre property had not been cleaned up. We cleaned up tree limbs on the ground, cut down 3 dead trees that had to be about 80 feet tall.
People were glad to see us and appreciated the work we accomplished. There’s still a lot of work to be done but being there gave people hope to get through this disaster. We would like to plan a second trip and would like to open it up to anyone that feels the need to help. Contact Ron Warner at 904-887-3566 OR frogman.jax@gmail.com .
